Decimal Division 3
We have two processes to use.
If we are dividing by a decimal:
make the question a fraction
multiply by enough zeroes to have a whole number on the bottom.
divide normally
the answer IS the answer!
If we have nowhere to put a 'left-over':
put a decimal point in the question and the answer
bung in a zero
carry on!
We might have to do both!
Here is the final example, 3.1÷0.4
